Erik Jeor 2007The exhibition consists of a series of seven watercolor paintings. Patterns of stains that have a deep and rich blackness, corrodes and melts through the surface. There is an indistinct parasitic relationship between the psychotically expanding blobs and the feverish control in the details. A myriad of pistons, intestines and organs breed as they crawl and twist over the surface. The pure natural force is being drained by the perverted pastels. The construction and the decay become not only intertwined but also one and the same, indiscernible from each other.
